Subtitles into English, Basque and Spanish

Hi readers!

As always,  here we are showing to you  our new work in ICTs.

This time we have done a work using dotSUB. First we chose one song in English, in our case, Everytime we touch by Cascada. After   , we have created an account in dotSUB to do our work and like this we have incorporated in our song the subtitles in English, and then in Basque and also in Spanish.

In our opinion, the work has been nice, doing this work we have been happy. Once again we have learned new things that can be useful for doing anything.

We have chosen  this video, because it  is a slow and nice song and also because it is deep and brings back many memories.

This song, "Everytime we touch" is a song by Cascada. This group is an English-German Eurodance and  it is famous for their hit singles "Every time we touch", "What Hutts the Most", and "Evacuate the Dancefloor.. Cascada is a group of three musicians: Natalie Horler, DJ Manian an Yann Peifer, founded in 2004, and are widely considered one of  leaders in bringing euro-dance music stateside and in recent years worldwide.

Hello readers!

Our next work in Icts have been to create a webpage to show  a bussines, in this case the  Brilliant Hotel. To do that work, we have used  google site, and we have invented a luxurious hotel, with a lot of services and commodities.

Besides, we have put our website in Basque and in English.

This work has been easy and entertaining, we have learned  to do our own website and this is very good.

In this final work our objetive was to record and  to do a powerpoint with the works we have done in the first evaluation and then use slideshare to unify the powerpoint and the recording. But we have had a problem with the connection of internet so we couldn't join both works. Because of these problems we have decided to upload the work to docs.

Shirin Ebadi

Hello readers! How are you?
Today we have written a new article about Shirin Ebadi. Our work has been to choose a nobel prize winner and to speak about him or her.
               
            SHIRIN EBADI THE WINNER OF A NOBEL PEACE PRIZE      
            Shirin Ebadi  is an Iranian lawyer, a former judge and human rights activist and founder of  Centre for the Defence of Human Rights in Iran. She was born on 21th June 1947, Hamadán. On 10th october 2003 was awarded Nobel Peace Prize for her efforts for democrazy and human rights.We have chosen this person because of different reasons.

Although she is not famous she is a very interesting person. She was the first Iranian woman and the first muslim woman receiving the nobel prize. Shirin's family was powerful and of good possition. She is a strong woman and in her life she has not used her family's economic power all she has got she has got fighting very hardly. She was a very good student and she studied to be lawyer but also to be a judge. After the muslim revolution Shirin Ebadi couldn't continue being a judge. However, she fought hard against this but she didn't obtain anything. So she decided to help women and children.
As a clonclusion we can say that we have chosen this person because of her personality.

A DETECTIVE STORY

In this work, pupils of ICT(Information, Comunication, technology) have  done eleven stories together with the help of google docs. Each pair have started with a story and other pairs have continued with the story doing a paragraph.  If you want to see the original google document click here.



   
                                       THE PERFECT MURDER     

      Every thing began when Mr. Smith married with Ms. Robinson, a woman with a very good position. In the beginning they were really in love, they never argued. But Mr. Smith began to get obsessed, every day he spent a lot of money and he wanted to have more and more money. Like his wife had a lot of money he started to plan a murder to take all the money away from her.

       When Mr. Smith was young, he had loved money, but nobody thought that he was going to do a thing like this. He started to plan to kill his wife and finally he planned to contract a mercenary to kill her. Mr. Smith would let him alone in the house and suddenly the mercenary would appear to kill Ms. Robinson.



     The mercenary went to the house when Ms. Robinson was alone. He hid in the kitchen waiting for her to come. Suddenly he heard a noise, he turned around and he saw a big dog. The dog started to bark and he bit him. Ms. Robinson heard the noise and phoned the police. The mercenary ran away scared with his broken trousers.

      The police drove the car fastly and then he went behind the mercenary. The police ran over the mercenary and he died. Suddenly he had an accident with a truck. Ms. Robinson was alive but also frightened, she couldn’t understand what had happened so she decided to phone her husband.

      She didn’t know that the responsable of all that was her husband and she told him everything. Mr. Smith said her that she should calm because he was going to do anything to protect her, but Ms. Robinson realized that he didn’t do anything to help her and because of this she started investigating.

      While Mr. Smith was out of house she started founding clues. Firstly she found one paper in the bedside table, that it put a plan to kill a one person but she didn't know who. Then she start reading the plan and in the end of the plan she saw two initials M.R.       

     When she saw that the plan was invented of her husband she decided to go out of the town. She went to New York because it had family there. Before to go to New York she put a complaint to her husband. Her family helped him to assimilate all this. After, one year she knew that Mr. Smith was arrested by the police.

     She was very happy because  she got all that she wanted, forever separated from her husband and not seeing him anymore. But now, she felt alone, that is to say, with no one to love. So she  began to go out at night with her new friends. But one night, about 2:30 something terrible happened:they left her speechless.

     She had dinner in the house of Tailor, one of the new friends, and she was walking to her house when she saw a man behind her. She turned and she realized that he seemed to her husband. Ms. Robinson started to run like a mad. The man caught her and he cover her mouth, but she saw his face. He was her husband.


     Ms Robinson was a very strong woman, so when her husband covers her mouth she started talking with him:

-Why do you want to kill me? And she started crying

     She looked at him and she punched him in the leg. He fell to the ground and she started running for help.

     She went to the police station and she told to the police all that happened. The police started investigating and they found Mr. Smith burning the house of Ms. Robinson. They caught and arrested him. From that moment Mr. Robinson lives happily.
